Macooa is an animated children's series that follows 8-year-old Macooa and his 6-year-old sister, Lily, as they navigate the complexities of childhood with guidance from their grandmother’s Native American stories. Set in a vibrant suburban neighborhood, the series beautifully blends the everyday experiences of a young Native American boy with the timeless wisdom of his ancestors.
